2010 Snow Camps

Start at 6pm on Friday (includes supper) and end at 2pm on Sunday
7th-12th grade - January 29-31
3rd-6th grade - February 5-7

Guys & Girls Retreats

6-8th Grade Girl's Spring Retreat - April 30 - May 2

Helping Hands Family Camp

June 4-6. Cost $20 (includes lodging and 5 meals)
What is it?
A working weekend in June where families and church groups come to help prepare the camp for summer activities.
Each family will be paying $20 per family to cover the cost of food for the weekend – 5 meals. If you are a church group the cost will be $20 for every 4 people.
What will we be doing?
Each family or church group will choose a project or projects from a prepared list to complete during the day Saturday.
Families or groups will arrive at camp either Friday night for supper or Saturday morning for breakfast. Then, work will commence after breakfast with breaks for snacks and drinks, lunch, and supper. The family or group may then choose to spend the night Saturday, have breakfast and a short worship service Sunday a.m. and depart between 10:30 and 11 a.m.
Each family or group will bring their own tools with them.
If a family or group wishes to donate and bring materials with them to complete their project they can do so.
What will the camp do?
The camp will provide all materials that are not donated by families or church groups to complete the various projects.
The camp will provide time for your family or group to fellowship together and with other believers.
What type of projects will we do?
Scraping and painting
Building 2 decks
Planting flower beds
Building and painting benches for the Eat’um house
Trimming brush and oak trees (need to bring your own chain saw)
Splitting wood (if not completed before June)
Weed eating and clearing hiking trails
Repairing hiking trails
Cleaning buildings and cabins
Sewing new curtains for the Eat’um house

Other projects may be added so check the website frequently.

Junior Staff Training (ages 14-17) - June 16-19 10am to 6pm
Adult Staff Training - June 18-19 10am to 6pm
Camp #1 (for campers entering grades 5-7 in the fall) - June 20-25
Camp #2 (for campers entering grades 8-10 in the fall) - June 27-July 2
Camp #3 (for campers entering grades 2-4 in the fall) - July 6-9
Family Camp - September 3-6
