Items Needed

25 Good Condition Railroad Ties

Commercial Ice Machine in good condition – one that makes more than 80 to 120 pounds a day.

Also looking for a person with a dump truck to haul 5 loads of road base and gravel for a reduced price.

Restaurant grade stainless steel pots, pans in better than good condition.

6 burner, 24 inch griddle, double oven stove

A pellet stove large enough to heat 1500-2000 sq. ft
