2015 and 2016 Camps, Work Days, and Retreat Dates

Attention Campers and Parents!!  Below are the remaining dates for events this year and Next year's calendar so you can plan accordingly.

• Work Days: (Call 48 hours in advance to let us know you intend to work) August 14, October 3:  9 a.m. to 4 p.m. snacks and lunch provided
• You may come work at the camp any days between May 4 and October 3 if you call 48 hours in advance to arrange being here. We do have camps and rental camps running during this time so calling ahead to get approval is a must. 
•  Aug. 21-23: Teen Girl's Retreat grades 7-12  Fri. 6 p.m. (supper served until 8)- Sun. 3 p.m. Call the camp number by August 14 to reserve your space. 

• Sept. 4-7: Annual Family Camp  Fri. 6 p.m. (supper served until 8) - Mon. 2 p.m. 

2016 Camps,Training, and Events:

Winter Camps: 

• Jan. 22-24: Grades 7-12      Friday 6 p.m. with supper served through Sunday 2 p.m. 
• Jan. 29-31: Grades 2-6        Friday 6 p.m. with supper served through Sunday 2 p.m.

Spring Retreats and Work Days:

You may come work at the camp any days between April 23 and October 1 if you call 48 hours in advance to arrange being here. We do have camps and rental camps running during this time so calling ahead to get approval is a must. 

•  April 23 -            Work Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch and snacks provided.
•  April 29-May1:  Teen Guy's Retreat grades 7-12 Fri. 6 p.m. (supper served until 8) - Sun. 2 p.m. Call the camp number by April 22 to reserve your space.
• May 7, 14, 21, 28:  Work Days from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch and snacks provided. Please call 48 hours in                                                   advance if you intend to be here.  
• June 3:           Work Day - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch and snacks provided Please call 48 hrs. in                        advance if you intend to be here. 
• June 10-12:     Helping Hands Family and Church Group Camp: 10 a.m. Fri.  to 11 a.m. Sunday                           (Sign up online by June 5th)
• June : 15-17    Required Staff Training:  Ages 13-17   Wed. 10 a.m-Fri. 4 p.m.
• Required Adult Staff Training:  All counselors 18 or older and all chiefs.  MUST meet with the Director at noon on the Sunday of the camp(s) in which you will be serving.

•         June 21-24:       Age 7- entering grade 4 in fall of '16       3:30 p.m. Tues. to 7 p.m. Fri.
•         June 26-July 1:  Entering grades 5-7 in fall of '16            3:30 p.m. Sun. to 7 p.m. Fri.
•         July 10-15:         Entering grades 8-10 in fall of '16         3:30 p.m. Sun. to 7 p.m. Fri.                      
•         Aug. 19-21:        Teen Girl's Retreat grades 7-12  Fri. 6 p.m. (supper served until 8)- Sun. 3                                            p.m. Call the camp number by August 12th to reserve your place!
•         Sept. 2-5           Annual Family Camp  Fri. 6 p.m. (supper served until 8) - Mon. 2 p.m.

Fall Events and Work Days

• October 1: Season Final Work Day 9 a.m.-4 p.m. lunch and snacks provided call 48 hours in advance if you plan to attend.
