Winter Camp 2006 Information

We are looking forward to a wonderful winter camp season. Read on if you would like to attend.

The camp board has instituted a new policy regarding Winter Snow Camps because of the high cost of propane and to ensure that we do not have to raise camp fees over last year, all registration forms for winter camps must be received no later than 2 weeks before the camp begins with at least $25 enclosed AND we must have at least 15 campers signed up for each camp or the camp will not be held. Should you sign up for a camp and we have to cancel, the entire amount you sent in will be refunded and you will be notified by phone of the cancellation and the date your check was returned. Please make note of the camp dates on the registration form on the back of this newsletter and send in your registration along with the appropriate fee as soon as possible.

WHAT TO BRING FOR WINTER CAMP: Plenty of warm jeans, sweat pants etc., sweatshirts, sweaters, coat, snow pants or snowsuit. Plenty of socks, at least one pair of boots, gloves or mittens, hats or stocking camps. A towel, wash cloth, soap and other toiletry items for personal hygiene. A Bible, small notebook, pen or pencil, sleeping bag, pillow, and flashlight with extra batteries.

ITEMS NOT TO BRING TO CAMP:: Cell phones, hand held video games, comic books, magazines, personal stereos, snacks of any kind (the camp will provide snacks), fire arms or knives, tobacco in any form, alcohol or illegal drugs. If any of these items make their way to camp they will be confiscated and held in the camp office until camp is over - with the exception of tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons - these will be confiscated, the local authorities and parents will be called and the camper will be sent home.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at camp.
